An historic heritage homestead building at Eucalypt near Epping HAS NOW become home to the Stockland community's newest social destination. Dubbed 3rd Place, the gourmet cafe preserves the heritage buildingS while adding a modern interior DESIGN.

Wollert is just 30km from Melbourne’s CBD and the proposed Wollert town centre is just five minutes from Craigieburn station, which makes it easy for residents to travel to and from the city. The proposed town centre will comprise 5,000 square metres of retail floor space, including specialty retail, cafes, and a major supermarket.
